According to NTB, NSB press officer Åge-Christoffer Lundeby is among those on board the train. He informs them that there are about 100 passengers on board and that 3-4 routes are broken.

The course of Røros is closed indefinitely between Hanestad and Atna.

According to NTB, NSB is trying to find alternative transportation to the person on board the train.

"A wheel is gone, and the train can not be moved as it is right now, so the road will be closed for a moment," Lundeby told the news agency.
