TV 2 has signed a new three-year deal with Altibox Norway Chess, the most powerful tournament in the world with ten players, which takes place every year in Norway.

New rules will be introduced in 2019 to increase the excitement of games and shorten playing time. Players will have a maximum playing time of two hours each and if the game ends in a draw, it will become Armageddon format.
