800 MP of the reserve present to strengthen security after the attacks in Ceará

PM confirms that 150 police officers started operating this morning (18).

The Ceará Military Police confirmed that 800 military reserve personnel had been demonstrating to strengthen the security of the state, which was undergoing a series of criminal attacks.

The officer attended a meeting at the Paul Sarasate Gymnasium, in the center of Fortaleza and 150 public security agents began working on the streets of the capital on Friday (18) . the summoning of the reserve police was one of the measures adopted by the Public Security Secretariat to try to contain the wave of crime.

Since January 2nd, 210 attacks have been confirmed in 46 of the 184 municipalities of Ceará. According to the secretariat, 383 people were captured for their involvement in the crimes.

Friday (18), the 17th day of attacks in the state, criminals burned a bus in the neighborhood of Quintino Cunha, on the outskirts of Fortaleza.

Criminals ordered the employees and pbadengers of the vehicle to descend and set fire; three men have been arrested and two women are prohibited. There were no casualties, reports the "G1".
