The result of the examination carried out from the genetic material collected under the fingernails of the daughter Victoria Gabrielly was tested positive to the DNA of Mason Júlio César Lima Ergesse.
With this, the civilian police can prove that the boy was with the girl, as he had said during the testimony of the investigation. Júlio César has given six versions about the disappearance of the girl, in Araçariguama (SP). She was found dead eight days after leaving home to go skating.
However, according to the police, the maid only said that she was in a car with Vitória, and that a couple would have followed with a place unknown to him. Júlio César has been arrested since June 15 and charged on Thursday by the civilian police (28).
