A man armed with a knife attacked and injured nine people in a complex of apartments housing refugees in Boise, Idaho, USA, announced Sunday the local police.
Timmy Kinner, 30, of Los Angeles, was also living in the apartment complex but was asked to leave the day before the attack, and he was arrested a few minutes after the crime.
The Reasons for the Attack
Some of the victims were found inside the apartments, while others were on the outside. Of the nine victims, including children, four are threatened with death.
Boise Police Chief William Bones described the attack as "a nasty act that attacked people without provocation." The police did not indicate which countries were refugees, but pointed out that Kinner was not one of them and that he had only lived through few days in the complex, inhabited by low-income families and run by a city NGO
