The scandal involving data sharing of Facebook users with other businesses continues. The episode of the time shows the company of Mark Zuckerberg revealing the main companies to whom it broadcasts information; in response to questions from American politicians about business practices.
The list lists at least 61 names that are temporarily exempt from the blocking code of certain apps, in order to prevent anyone from having access to the details of their friends' users on the network.

Assigning Privileges Since
A few years ago, Facebook allowed third-party applications to access complete data about the friends of users who used the service. An Irish data protection commission then called for a re-examination of these policies, announcing that all such privileges would be banned as of April 30, 2015.
More recently, Facebook reported that a San Francisco specialty company in software for visually impaired users, called Serotek, had access to additional data for eight months. Finally, the information lists 60 other companies that received the same privileges, but for a shorter period.
Of these:

- The automaker Nissan
- The developer of casino games Playtika
- The service Spotify musical streaming
- The UPS delivery company
Despite this, there is still a parallel Facebook system, where some hardware and software companies access the personal data of social network users to build their own network with features similar to social networks. Some of these partner companies are still active, even if they allege that they violate the terms of confidentiality and the commitments to the United States and the public. These are some of them:
- Dell
- Vodafone
- Yahoo
- Zing Mobile
Control of Damage
Although the damage looks huge, Facebook claims that its partnerships, as well as its own engineering teams, have reviewed and approved all data sharing agreements. As a result, they found no evidence of abuse of these rights. By the way, the social network is still investing to find other possible schemes similar to those of Cambridge Analytica, where user data was obtained and / or transmitted by inadequate means.
About 200 applications are suspended so far, although many of them are described as test software, they have never reached the public permanently. Finally, 14 other applications belonging to the Canadian company AggregateIQ (AIQ) data badysis were also suspended and await the next steps of the investigation.
