1º. Admit the complaint presented by the Club Atletico Lanus for damages caused to the facilities of the stadium "Lanús City – Nestor Diaz Perez"

2nd. Condemn the Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense to pay compensation for damages caused to Club Atlético Lanús in the municipal stadium Lanus-Nestor Diaz Perez, for an amount of USD 63,325. This amount will be automatically deducted from the amount to be collected by Porto Alegrense Foot-Ball Grêmio of the CONMEBOL in connection with television rights or sponsorship and transferred directly to the club Lanús.

3rd. expressly warn the Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense that, if it is repeated a violation of sport of the same nature or of a similar nature, the present case will be considered as an aggravating circumstance.

This decision may be appealed to the CONMEBOL Court of Appeal within seven days from the day following the notification of the reasons for this decision in accordance with the art. . 63.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations of CONMEBOL
