The shareholders of PIS / Pasep who did not serve this year until June will be able to access the resource from August 14, the date on which the second step of the release schedule will begin. Amounts will be sent corrected. The information was released today (3) by the Ministry of Planning
In the second stage, starting in the month of August, employees of all ages will be able to apply for their quotas. The suspension of the month of July will be used to calculate the income of the fiscal year 2017. Last year, the income was 8.9%
Quotas are withdrawn annually from the funds deposited in the accounts workers between 1971 and 1988, when they became inactive because of the federal Constitution. In 2017, the withdrawal was allowed for people over 70, in case of retirement and in other specific situations. Since last year, the federal government has facilitated access for people of all ages.
In the first stage of the annex, completed June 29, 1.1 million workers made the withdrawal, withdrawing a sum of 1.5 billion reais. The amounts were made available only to employees over 57 years of age.
In a second step, the shares of the holders of accounts of Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Brasil will initially be available. Account credit will be automatically made on August 8th. Starting on the 14th day, account holders from any bank can appeal. The deadline will be open until September 29th.
