Workers of all ages will be able to withdraw their PIS / Pasep earnings from August 14, including those who retired from the benefit that occurred in June.
The annual withdrawal of quotas is the result of credits deposited by employers in the accounts of employees between 1971 and 1988. Originally, the withdrawal was authorized for persons having: at least 70 years. But since 2017, the federal government has allowed 19459012 employees to be fired.
In the first stage of the schedule, which ended on June 29, 1.1 million workers withdrew the product 1.5 billion reais.
The suspension in July is due to the calculation of income between 2017 and 2018. Last year, the transmission was 8.9%.
In the second stage, quotas will first be available to the account holders of Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Brasil. Account credit will be automatically made on August 8th. From the 14th day, other bank account holders can appeal. The deadline will be open until September 29th.
