AGU and UGT sign a $ 2.7 billion leniency agreement with Odebrecht

The agreement is confidential and provides for the receipt of 2.7 billion reais by the Union, which will be paid over 22 years. The amounts will be adjusted by the Selic rate and could reach R $ 6.8 billion at the end of the period, according to agencies' estimates.
