The Los Angeles Court has decided not to accuse ] Ed Westwick in two rape cases for lack of evidence. The actor, known by the series Gossip Girl was accused of badual violence in November by two women. They claim to have been raped by him on different occasions. A third party accuses of harbadment.

The actress Kristina Cohen was the first to complain in a Facebook post that she stopped her in the room before forcing her to go to court. According to the website Variety the official statement of the prosecution says that two women presented as witnesses witnesses who helped to corroborate their stories, including the one who was outside the piece when the violence would have occurred. Even so, the evidence was not sufficient to ensure the continuity of the case.

The text adds that other women have spoken during investigations, speaking of the behavior of the actor through inappropriate contacts and behaviors. However, the allegations could not be taken into account in the proceedings.

Westwick denies all charges. The actor was to appear on the adaptation of Agatha Christie's punishment for innocence of Agatha Christie but was dismissed after the allegations.
