Bandits exchange gunshots with police during an attack on a bank in southern Minas Gerais

Five hooded men exchanged gunfire with the military police during an badault on a Sicoob bank branch in Guaransia, southern Minas Gerais, on Tuesday afternoon. During the crime, a local resident was shot in the eye and sent to a hospital in Pbados, in the same area. Nobody was arrested.

With the new vehicle, the gang has fled to the municipality of Arceburgo, also in the south of 39; state. The pickup used at the origin of the crime was stolen, according to the prime minister. Inside Amarok, the security forces found more money and 12 provided with caliber.

Police believe that they belong to the same gang that stole banks in the area. PM continues to search for men.
