The Samsung model has no problem with multitasking like that of Motorola, and the battery has an incredible life. But that does not justify the high value.

In addition, the plastic finish, despite its good quality, is not expected from a smartphone for more. R $ 1,000. It is worth remembering that this aspect is still an involution of the model of last year, the J7 Pro, considered by Samsung as the predecessor of this model.

Another problem is the proximity of the Galaxy A6 Plus. The J8 is basically a plastic version of the A-line model, but with a slightly worse camera and better range, because of the HD + resolution. The price difference between the two is currently between 100 and 200 USD. If you are not worried about a slightly shorter battery life, go to A6 Plus.

In summary, advantages and disadvantages, we have as strong point the performance, fluid and battery life for more than a day. Low point is the audio, which is low at its maximum level.

Be that as it may, the Galaxy J8 is a good device for those who do not require a lot of their smartphone. It offers a little more than performance for basic tasks and, despite the metallic finish, offers a good build quality. For today's value, it's paying off.
