A retired military police officer was shot and killed this morning after being badaulted in Cascadura, Rio Norte. According to the PMERJ, the 9th Military Police Battalion (Rocha Miranda) was called to verify the occurrence in the neighborhood and found the stolen theft victim. According to information collected on the spot by the agents, the police car and the pistol were stolen by the criminals, who would then have fled.
