The entities claim that the painting violates the constitutional principles of free competition and free enterprise and constitutes undue government interference in economic activity. They want an injunction (interim decision) to be immediately suspended.
On their side, truckers claim that there is a distortion of the market and that without the table, they are not able to cover the costs of and to extract enough income for their own livelihood.
According to the Minister, the imposition of fines unduly influences the country's economy.
