A woman was arrested on Saturday (8) on suspicion of abandoning her own one-year-old daughter in the middle of the street in Duque de Caxias. At the police station, a few hours later, Luana Beatriz Francisco declared that the girl had been kidnapped – but had become prey for being abandoned after a disability.
Images of security cameras show the moment when a woman left the child in Rua Taquari, Vila Leopoldina, in the morning. Confronted with the case, Luana said that the hijacker "was very similar". For the police, it is Luana who appears in the video.
