"This surplus is a consequence of the anti-fraud actions that resulted in a significant reduction in the number of claims and the profitability of accumulated resources," the statement said.
In addition, the board explains that the various percentages were intended to reduce motorcycle subsidies, which account for 74% of compensation – even though they represented only 27% of the national park.
