Apostle Joel Engel joins the worldwide movement for Israel

Apostle Joel Engel was invited to join the worldwide movement "Prayer Breakfast for Jerusalem".

The goal is to bring together religious and political leaders to defend the indivisibility of the Holy Land and, as a result of the name says, pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as he teaches the Psalm 122.

The invitation to Engel was made personally by the director of the organization, Albert Veksler, who is in Brazil for a series of engagements. The movement intends to organize an event in Brazil next year, especially because of the proximity of the two countries promised by Jair Bolsonaro.

Some Brazilian leaders of the Brazilian Apostolic Council are already badociated with the initiative and Joel Engel will occupy an important place in the region.

During the meeting, Veksler heard about the 24/7 intercession movement, developed by the Apostle for over 30 years and which is now spread throughout the national territory. For Israelis, "it is a pleasure to see Brazilian leaders join this global movement", which has already organized prayer breakfasts in Jerusalem and in Europe, the United States and Ghana, in Africa . He hopes that Brazil will be the first country in Latin America to host one.

He also calls on Brazilians not to forget the important link created between the countries in 1947, under the chairmanship of diplomat Oswaldo Aranha. Joel Engel went to Israel several times with evangelical caravans. He is also known to heads of government.
