Aerial images show evidence of tsunami violence in Indonesia

The latest figures clearly show the impact of the gilt wave that hit parts of Indonesia on the west coast of Java and the southern tip of Samatra Island.

At least 430 dead.

At the same time, the Indonesian authorities have asked the population to stay at least 500 meters off the coast of Sunda Strait because of the risk of new tsunamis. At least 22,000 people will have been displaced.
