Another available service is the search for unknown persons, which makes it possible to find missing persons who are registered as destitute.
Through the portal, the citizen can also search for documents and request birth, marriage and death certificates at any Brazilian registry office in a simple and agile way, at no additional cost with the dispatchers and directly via the tablet or cell phone. If you choose the printed form of the document, the citizen can decide to receive it at home or to withdraw it at the nearest notary's office. If you prefer the digital version of the document, it can receive the electronic certificate by e-mail, with the same validity as the original document.
