Firefighters responded Sunday afternoon (30), asking to remove a corpse from a tank located in a water treatment plant in Copasa. The rescuers traveled to the Onça Sewage Treatment Plant (ETE) on the MG-020 highway at Maria Teresa district in Bosnia and Herzegovina to find the body.
According to the company, the agents involved in the event are the 3rd Battalion and the Environmental Emergencies and Disaster Response Battalion (Bemad). They believe that the body may have reached the site through the sewers.
After being removed by firefighters, the remains will be badyzed by the civilian police, who will investigate the case. BHAZ contacted Copasa this afternoon, but was not able to speak to anyone in the matter until this article was published. The report will be updated if a placement is published.
