The governor of Rio Grande do Norte, Fatima Bezerra (PT), announced Wednesday that she would declare the financial calamity of the state during her first action at the head of the administration. The decrees will be published later this Wednesday (2) in an extraordinary edition of the Official Journal of Rio Grande do Norte.
"These are the first steps we will take, adding that they are part of the state's tax recovery plan that will contain other measures that will be announced soon," said the governor.
Normally, as a result of public financial decrees, states may violate the debt and staffing limits imposed by the Fiscal Responsibility Act and prioritize resources in areas such as health, education, social badistance and payment of servers. active, inactive and retired.
