President Jair Bolsonaro will lead the first ministerial meeting of the new government on Thursday morning (3) at Plbadto Palace.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 am and, according to the new Minister of the Civil House, Onyx Lorenzoni, will be used to discuss a timetable of announcements of measures that will be implemented by the new administration .
Officially called the Board of Governors, the group is made up of Bolsonaro, Vice President, General Hamilton Mourão, the 22 state ministers and the chief of staff of the presidency.
Jair Bolsonaro took office on Tuesday (1st) as the 38th President of the Republic and, according to Onyx, intends to announce in the coming days a series of actions that " will facilitate "the life of the population.
"According to his choice [Bolsonaro] we begin, Friday or Monday, the package of measures we are going to announce that will make people's lives easier," said Onyx.
Chaired by Bolsonaro, the Board of Governors advises the President on the formulation of guidelines for government action.
Bolsonaro had the intention to hold the meeting only next Tuesday (8), but decided to anticipate.The idea is to have meetings of weekly group, always on Tuesdays.
At the first meeting, according to Onyx Lorenzoni, the administrators of the 22 portfolios were guided in recent weeks to:
- reduce the administrative structure,
- remove the order items,
- reduce the folder hierarchy levels;
- improve the efficiency of public services.

Bolsonaro announced via Twitter that he intended to guarantee, by a decree, the possession of firearms to citizens without a criminal record.
Possession gives the citizen the right to keep his weapon at home. To leave the house with the gun, you must have the authorization of the postage.
At the present time, the Statute of Disarmament authorizes the purchase and, under more restrictive conditions, the carrying of arms. Authorizations are granted by the federal police.
Onyx also indicated that he would present to his government colleagues the suggestion of exonerating all employees holding contract positions or gratified positions.
