Forget the flagship products. During CES 2019, which will take place from January 8 to 11, Sony will focus its efforts on the launch of smartphones in the center and at the entrance.

In total, there will be three lines of smartphones that the Japanese giant will launch at the beginning of this year: intermediaries Xperia XA3 and Xperia XA3 Ultra, which replace the entry XA2 and XA2 Ultra, launched last year, and the Xperia L3 input. Previous leaks have already shown the price and specifications of Sony's middlemen.

Documents published on the Sony website confirm the arrival and size of the new models, discovered by the Dutch website Mobiel Kopen, which had already been the subject of numerous leaks and speculations, as well than having a presence on reference sites.

But before the specifications, bad news: according to the documents, the intermediate devices will be equipped with Android 8.0 Oreo, instead of the most recent version, Android Pie, and screen ratio 16: 9 – without notch – that many manufacturers have already replaced by 18: 9, even in intermediate smartphones and input.

The Sony Xperia XA3 (model number: I4113 / I4193) comes with a 5.9-inch screen, while its big brother, the Xperia XA3 Ultra (model I4213 / I4293), has a screen of 6.5 inches. The resolutions are Full HD with 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Already in the case of the Xperia L3, which replaces the Xperia L2, last year, the screen is only HD +. Despite the low resolution, it is possible to badume by the document that this camera will have a format ratio of 18: 9. In addition, the version of Android Oreo is version 8.1, newer than version 8.0 which team the XA3 family.

If Sony followed what it did last year, the three lines would be released one day before the start of CES 2019. The company held a press conference on January 7th, the day before the show.
