Yesterday (03/01), we showed that Xiaomi announced the date on which it should formalize its first smartphone with a 48MP rear camera. Along with this, the Chinese giant has surprised the market with the launch of the Redmi brand as an independent company.
While the market is wondering whether the device will be called Redmi Pro 2 or Redmi 7 Pro, TENAA – a Chinese body similar to Anatel – has issued the certification of a new Redmi device . In the available documentation, it has three variants: M1901F7C, M1901F7E and M1901F7T.
In addition, the first information regarding what could be the first device of the company Redmi was also disclosed. With this, it should be formalized with a 6.3-inch screen that will eventually have a drop notch. Check the documentation published in China:
Another detail that also appears in the documentation is the size of the device, which should measure 159.21 cm high by 75.21 mm wide and 8.1 mm wide . The battery must have a capacity of 3900 mAh .
Be that as it may, although Xiaomi does not speak about rumors, TENAA could end up publishing more specifications of the device in later publications. This could somehow reinforce some earlier rumors indicating the presence of the Snapdragon 675 processor in the device.
In addition to clarifying the confusion between the numbering of the possible Redmi Pro 2 and that of the newly released Mi Play, as both were listed with the same codes M1901F9T and M1901F9E.
