If the device is irregular, the citizen should search the store or the person who sold and seek the rights of the consumer, said Anatel.
In addition to the seal of the national agency, the consumer may also check if the mobile phone is illegal through the Anatel portal.In the tab, the IMEI number (15-digit code of the device registration) will be requested.
