CBF announces a detailed picture of the first phase of the Brazil Cup | Brazilian copper

River-PI and Fluminense open the 2019 edition of the Brazil Cup. The clubs face each other at 9:30 pm on Thursday at 5:30 pm at Alberto Silva Stadium in Teresina.

In addition to the tricolor of Rio de Janeiro, the other clubs of the Brazilian football elite participating in the tournament since the beginning are: Avai, Bahia, Botafogo, Ceará, Chapecoense, Corinthians, CSA, Goiás, Santos and Vasco.

The edition will be played. In the mold of 2018: first phase with single game and the command on the club field was the lowest ranked, the visitor playing through the tie.

The second phase also continues to be in single play, with the controls set in tonight's draw. At this point, tie takes the decision regarding the penalties.

The third phase will already be in the round robin scheme. When it's over, there will be a new draw among the remaining 10 clubs. They face off in the fourth round, also in the round of 16.
