President Jair Bolsonaro on Tuesday signed the expected decree facilitating the detention of guns by civilians, amending the status of disarmament sanctioned by the Lula government. This is one of the main promises of his campaign. The announcement will be made with great pomp, solemnly at the palace of Plbadto at 11 o'clock.
