The new law was published in the State Gazette of the state of this farm and was pbaded by the Legislative Assembly, after the text, drafted by the representative Wellington Moura (PRB), was approved at the end of 2018.

The standard dictates that posters be placed in stations, "on high visibility points", alerting the public and customers about the new rule.

Officers and convenience stores will also be charged with "warning the violators of the prohibition".

If the person persists in breaking the rule, he or she will be removed from the premises, including "if necessary police forces".

A businessman trapped by consumers who do not abide by the rules will be liable to the penalties provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, ranging from fines to seizure of products, to the prohibition sale, to the suspension of the activity.
