Gravataense dies of suspicion of meningitis

A 43-year-old man who
lived in the rural area of ​​Gravatá died of a suspicion of meningitis on the last day
January 6th.

The victim entered the
Hospital Doctor Paulo Veiga Pessoa (HDPVP), then transferred to
Hospital Correia Picanço, district of Tamarineira, Recife.

If suspicions are
confirmed, this may be the first case of this disease in the state this year. The
parents who had had contact with him before his death were vaccinated against
disease.

Throughout 2018, the state
