Flávio was elected senator and thus claims to have the right to be investigated by the Supreme Court. But Marco Aurélio explained that the new rule of the privileged forum provides that only cases related to events occurring during the current parliamentary term should be dealt with in court and in direct relation to the post occupied. The alleged irregularities found by the prosecutor's office in Rio de Janeiro occurred when Flávio was a member of parliament.
– I will decide on February 1st what I normally do with complaints of this type. The Supreme did not hit the hammer that the forum should exist for events occurring in the position, and because of the charge? That's it. Minister Fux did not follow the case law of my cabinet. I am tired of receiving such complaints (like that of Flavio Bolsonaro). The process has no cover. The court can not give one to the stud, a horseshoe, "said Marc Aurèle.
The minister also said that since the badessments have not reached President Jair Bolsonaro, there would be no reason to leave an excerpt from the STF case.
