The most troubling situation concerns Arcos, where 579 probable cases have already been calculated between December 16th and January 12th. Regarding fever in Chikungunya, Minas Gerais recorded 63 probable cases of this disease that year, among the suspected cases of pregnancy. There was an increase of 370.5% over last week. In 2018, 11,765 declarations and one confirmed death were recorded at Coronel Fabriciano (Vale do Rio Doce). Two others are still the subject of an investigation.
In the case of zika, 23 probable cases of the disease were recorded in 2019. Last week, six diagnoses were confirmed or suspected. This year's images are distributed in 12 cities of Minas Gerais.
