The Federal Government intends to take an interim measure to regulate the home education of Brazilian schoolchildren, also known as the school home. The announcement was made in the afternoon of Wednesday 23 (Wednesday), when disclosure of the objectives of the new leadership for the first 100 days of the government. The goal is related to the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights.

At present, the practice of teaching children at home is not regulated and does the Subject of a veto by the Federal Supreme Court (STF). According to Lorenzoni, the government of Jair Bolsonaro (PSL) proposes to create the rules required by the STF by way of an interim measure. According to the new government, 31,000 families already practice home schooling.

At the Ministry of Science and Technology, the priority goal of 100 days provides "to promote interaction between universities and the network of public schools for science education".

The objectives were presented by the Minister of the Civil House, Onyx Lorenzoni, at an event held at the palace of Plbadto. Ministers, offices and Bolsonaro discussed these goals at ministerial meetings chaired by the president in recent weeks.

According to Onyx Lorenzoni, not all of the objectives presented will be achieved within 100 days. This is due to the fact that a part will start to be implemented in the period that will be completed later.

Some of the measures announced by the head of the Civil House have already been taken, such as the signing of the decree facilitating the possession of arms and the promulgation of an interim measure to combat fraud in the Pension Fund.
