The body was identified by fingerprints and both parties were identified by the family – by clothing and features – but definitive confirmation of their belonging to the same person is only possible. with a DNA test or a dental arch.
Family members entered the room because they did not want to wait until the end of these exams, which may take time before burying the family member.
According to the Public Defender's Office, the lawsuit was initiated "in order to obtain the liberation of the body, as well as its transfer, burial and subsequent registration." There is no information on progress yet.
