An exception will be allowed during these periods only if the animal has undergone scheduled surgery and that it is necessary to submit a justification signed by a veterinarian.
The law further specifies that "the transfer of the animal must be carried out without prejudice to the comfort and safety of pbadengers and third parties, and must not compromise and / or modify the operating regime of the line, thus exempting the driver of the vehicle liability of the physical integrity of the animal during the transport period ".
