Changes to the waiting list
Students who do not Were not called in the first list can register on the waiting list, between January 28 and February 4. But beware: the registration rules on this year's waiting list have changed.
By 2018, the candidate for a position in higher education could choose two course options and waive the second option to appear on the waiting list of the first.
There will now be a regular call and the selected student in one of the two course options for this call will not be able to be added to the waiting list. If it is not selected, you can only appear on the waiting list for one of your course options. Calls for other calls are expected to take place from on February 7th.
According to the MEC, modification of the waiting list consists of allowing "greater freedom of choice for unselected students in the regular call of Sisu selective processes".
It is anticipated that wait times for waiting lists will be reduced and that all students will be registered before the term. Depending on the portfolio, the changes could help reduce the lack of activity of vacancies.
