After a goalless draw with Colombia for the first round of the final of the Championship of South America under 20, Brazil is back on the field shortly, at 10:10, to face Venezuela, for the second round of the competition, which guarantees the best qualifiers, places for the World Cup and Pan American.
The competition was played in the first phase by two groups with five selections facing each other in a single shift and advancing to the second leg with the top three selections placed in each group. The match will be broadcast on the SPORTV channel. Brazil was part of Group A, with Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia and Chile. Group B includes Argentina, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
The following selections are in the final hex: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay and Venezuela. The first four places in the tournament guarantee a vacant place for the World Championship category, which will take place in Poland between May 23 and June 15. The top three still guarantee a spot for the Pan American Games, which will run from July 26 to August 11 in Peru.
