Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday launched a severe warning to Iran against any attempt to attack Tel Aviv or Haifa on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution
"I do not ignore the threats of the Iranian regime, but I do not intimidate them: if this regime commits the terrible mistake of trying to destroy Tel Aviv or Haifa, it will not succeed, "said the head of the government in a video statement.
According to Netanyahu, if Iran tries to attack Israel, "it will be the last anniversary of the revolution.
The Israeli government is conducting a diplomatic and media campaign against Iran – whose government is accused of engaging in dangerous nuclear activities.
The Iranian government, however, promised Monday the failure of "demonic plans of our enemies", including the United States and Israel. [19659008]
