47-year-old businessman Wagner Florêncio Pimentel was murdered this morning (10) in the district of Jardim das Américas, in the general prosecutor's office (MPE). Cuiabá.
Military police were informed that a man had been shot in a car on Brasilia Avenue, near one of the largest shopping centers in Cuiabá.
At the scene, police found Wagner's body inside the car.
The mobile emergency service (Samu) was activated and verified the death of the businessman.
On site, a team of technical experts and technical identifiers (Politec) discovered five 9mm ammunition capsules.
Wagner's body is referred to the Medical Legal Institute (IML).
The civilian police search the suspect for the murder of the businessman.
Wagner was even arrested during the Corrupt Credit operation of the civilian police.
The group was made up of businessmen, accountants, traders and brokers and was the target of the "Credit Decay" operation, organized in 2017 by the civilian police in six cities of Mato Grosso and São Paulo.

The Sefaz system promoted the formal validation of credit, by verifying the issuance of the sales bill.
Once the credit was validated, the Criminology Organization required the publication of a Credit Utilization Register (UCR). This official document promotes the clearing of credit due to sales between states. In this way, the goods left the state without paying the incidental tax.
