U A loophole in the system of the federal savings bank has made "disappear" money from account customers since Friday morning (18). In social networks, dozens of account holders have reported the problem. As a note, the bank stated that "some account credits have been processed late and are already settled, without prejudice to customers".
In one of the accounts, an accountant said that three credit transfers from the account made the day before had disappeared "as if by magic". When they contacted the SAC, employees asked for 48 hours to normalize the situation.
