Children who do not have a vaccine scar after receiving the dose against tuberculosis – known as BCG – do not need to be revaccinated. The recommendation was published Tuesday (5) by the Ministry of Health and is consistent with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Technical Advisory Committee on Immunization.
