The largest movement of securities involved four people connected to the office of the incumbent President of the Assembly, André Ceciliano, PT: R $ 49 million. Then five people were connected to the office of MP Paulo Ramos, PDT, who processed $ 30 million.

The Coaf report is part of Operation Furna da Onça, who discovered a ploy to pay bribes within Alerj and drove ten deputies to Rio in November. The operation is an offshoot of Lava Jato and was conducted by the Federal Police and the MPF.
