A medical student is killed by her boyfriend; he's killed – every day

A 27-year-old medical student was killed by her boyfriend in the early hours of Sunday morning (8) in the apartment where she lived in the Aurelia Garden in Campinas. The boy, also 27 years old, after spending the night with the girl's body, threw himself from the 16th floor of the building and died. The suicide occurred around 7am. The case took place in the Allegro condominium, next to the Enxuto supermarket.

The young woman identified by the police as Mr.C.C., graduated last Friday in medicine. His graduation would be next weekend. The young woman's family is from Paraná.

According to the civilian police, the boy was identified as R. G., and is from Minas Gerais, he was trained in physical education, and was studying to do a public competition. He also lived in the city, but in another address. They had been dating for about 5 years.

Still according to the police, he was in his girlfriend's apartment when they did not agree. According to initial information from technical scientific experts, it is suspected that she would have been asphyxiated early in the morning.

According to residents, no one heard any suspicious noises in the apartment on Saturday night and therefore did not realize the murder. Also according to the neighbors, the boy was seen entering and leaving the building in the early morning.

The two bodies were gathered this morning (8) and the case will be registered in the 1st police district of Botafogo.
