The new Tomb Raider franchise game was announced by Square Enix in March, with its global launch scheduled for September 14, when it will be available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC players.
We have seen some important comments on Shadow of the Tomb Raider in recent months, including its duration that will be the same as Rise of the Tomb Raider, details on the plot and its difficulty level, and obviously trailers with full gameplay
Now, what can be the last trailer before the arrival of the game in stores, showing a little more gameplay and focusing mainly on Lara Croft's ability in the new title of the franchise including climbing, jumps, use of pendular hooks and more. Check it out:
As you can see, the mechanics of the game follow the line that we have already seen in several others of the genre up to now, apparently relying on a level of realism within from the expected for the franchise. There are still some tools to help during the protagonist's adventures, but without any details on how to achieve them or customize them (a great landmark of this reboot).
In the shadow of the Tomb Raider Lara must master a deadly jungle, overcome terrifying graves and persevere in their darkest moment. While she runs to save the world from a Mayan apocalypse, Lara will become the Tomb Raider that she was destined to become.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be released worldwide for PCs and PS4 and Xbox One family consoles on September 14, with no pricing details for physical or digital media.
