Parents of the victim ma recorded the event and the delegate Cristiane Carvalho even asked for the provisional arrest of the suspect.The request was however rejected by the judge of the judicial order of night, Angélica dos Santos Costa – the parquet floor appealed
"The author would have gone to the residence where the victim was hiding, sought and threatened it ci and his relatives, and even because of that, she had to leave the house at night and hide in an aut re (…) The prosecutor has appealed and this decision will now be taken by a judge.The victim has already been released, but she is very hurt and afraid, so she did not want to testify, but witnesses were at the police station and told us that it happened, "said delegate Cristiane Carvalho.
In dismissing the arrest application, the judge pointed out that the night duty consisted of taking exceptional measures that could not wait for the normal forensic record. She also pointed out that the investigation was not informative, the accused was not heard and the victim did not want to say anything to not "harm Fabio". In the end, he determined the return of the investigation to the police station so that the person who is the subject of the investigation be heard.
According to the defense of Fábio Felippe, he will appear at the police station on Monday (31).
