A young woman arrested on suspicion of having participated in the death of the lawyer in Joinville | Santa Catarina

The body was found at dawn on Thursday 20th in a street in the Paranaguamirim neighborhood. His car was found burning hours later in the adventurous neighborhood.

The arrest of the young woman took place in the district of Edilene, also in the southern zone. According to the delegate Dirceu Silveira Júnior, responsible for the investigation, she confessed the theft. Three other people have also committed the crime, two men and a woman. The civilian police on Saturday requested temporary custody of four people. Everyone has police pbades for crimes such as theft and robbery.

Silveira said that they had not come out of the lawyer 's relationship and that they had planned a robbery. The arrested young woman was working in a nightclub and was allegedly taken to a public road by the lawyer when the other three announced the robbery.

"He resisted the robbery and was stoned to death," said the delegate. Then about 500 dollars were stolen: wristwatch, cell phone and Rosskamp alliance. The suspect will be taken to Joinville Regional Prison.

Maurício Rosskamp is Legislative Counsel to the Joinville City Council since 1995. Married and father of three children, two of whom were first married, he was the son of the lawyer, former councilor and former deputy, Raulino Rosskamp. His body was buried Friday morning.
