On Saturday morning, the civilian police confirmed that the man found in a bathroom stall, badually badaulting a 13-year-old boy in Sesc de Santos, off the coast of São Paulo, had been placed in pre-trial detention.
The suspect, a 52-year-old technical badistant, was arrested last night for committing vulnerable rape (31). After the hearing on his detention, he was returned Saturday to the Praia Grande Remand Center (CDC).
In contact with G1 the defense attorney, Stephan Cincinato, claims that the suspect denies allegations that he shot the boy in the stall. He also states that his client is afraid of retaliation because of the proportions of the case.
In the police statement, the man claimed that he was taking a shower when the boy knocked on the door and said that he had forgotten the club's wallet on the premises . He said that he had asked her to come and check if the article was there. When the father appeared, the boy would have been scared and invented the story of the attack.
According to information verified by G1 the child was with his father in the pool, when he left saying that he had gone to the bathroom. The father was surprised that his son was delayed and went to the place. He searched the toilet but found none. Then he went into the space where the showers were and called his son – who did not answer. With the boy's business in place, he decided to knock on every door.
The father stated that the suspect had stated that there was no one with that name in place. He decided to look under the door and saw that he had more than one person. At that moment, he insisted on opening the door and found the man and his son without clothes.
The child reportedly told his father that he had forgotten his wallet in the stall. When he went to fetch him, the man was already in the place. When the boy asked to retrieve the document, the man brought him back inside, removed his trunks and ordered the boy to make him a blowjob, according to the police report. When the father came to call the boy, the suspect would have closed the mouth of the child so that it was not discovered.
According to Sesc Santos' opinion, the man was de-accredited and could no longer visit any SescSP unit. The club also states that it provided badistance to the victim and his family members, accompanying him to the police station and remaining at the disposal of the child and his family.
"The SescSP remains at the disposal of justice until the case is clarified and informs that the level of security and patrol is high in all units, now employees in the locker room , security localized by the unit and the identification of minors to access its facilities, "he concludes in a note.
