Jonathan was seriously injured in the fire that struck the sixth Friday (8), the Flamengo Training Center, called the Urubu Nest, in Vargem Grande, in the western area of ​​Rio. and 16-year-olds from the basic categories of the club who slept in the premises died in the fire.

According to the city's health department, Jonathan is "hemodynamically stable with better respiratory parameters". The medical bulletin published late in the morning of today (11) states that "sedation was suspended and that there was no fever during the 24 last hours ". He also underwent a new bronchoscopy which "showed an improvement in pulmonary lesions" after having pbaded by a deep burn bath, "which showed no aggravation of the lesions"

The municipality indicated in a note that the building and the container concerned do not have a firefighters clearance certificate and that therefore, "was not not fit for exploitation ", the company being the only one to be able to grant such a license.

The Municipal Department of Town Planning informed that the current license for the company concerned only the works, with validity until March 2019. However, Flamengo would not have submitted documentation regarding accommodation. The city will open an investigation this week to discover the case. The Flamengo club and the engineers in charge of the works will be called upon to provide clarifications.
