The National Supplemental Health Agency (ANS) decided on Friday (30) to suspend the sale of 17 health care plans of three operators as of December 7.
The measure is the result of the badistance guarantee monitoring program, which is run every three months by the agency.
The 156,600 users of these plans will continue to benefit from regular badistance, but carriers will not be able to sell to other interested parties until they see a service. improved.
The list of suspended plans was published this Friday and is available on the ANS website.
Between July 1st and September 30th, 17,314 complaints of badistance were recorded in the ANS care channels. Of these, 16,442 were reviewed by the monitoring program. According to the agency, 95.62% of the complaints were resolved through the ANS mediation.
