Atlético-PR transforms Athletico, changes shield and wins a family of mascots

Atletico launched the club's new visual identity Tuesday night (11) at the Arena da Baixada. In the presence of directors, advisors, guests and the press, the hurricane presented its new shield, uniforms, mascots, social media, new website and the new spelling of its name. : "Athletic Club Paranaense".

Despite the words of the president. The new shield features a "CAP" and four diagonal bands, which represent the format of the hurricane. The shield can also change color. The colors can be only black, red or both, as well as white, depending on the background color. The number 1 jersey of the 2019 season uniform has red as the predominant color, with the shield and black stripes. Already the second uniform is white with the shield in red and black.

The club also launched the new mascots: The Hurricane Family, who have a father, a mother, a son, a daughter and a dog. In addition, a social network will be launched on the club's new website.

The launch comes one day before the South American Grand Final. The hurricane is facing the Junior Barranquilla at 9:45 pm Wednesday (12) at the Arena da Baixada. However, the club has already announced that it would go with the former uniform for the final.
